Interesting translations. I have seen both Minced and Ground meat, or Coriander and Cilantro being used, even though the latter are more common. Prawns are widely used for large shrimps. We know "Chips" from Fish & Chips are french fries, because it is a British dish Here we use Biscuits for the soft, flaky bread; Porridge for grits-like food.
