中毒: unknown

My computer has downloaded some virus....I couldn't connet to the internet, the anti-virus softwares function has been diabled, and i cannot run 'regeit'(it closes automatically after a few seconds)...I have checked on some information, and think that the virus is worm_Klez
Does anyone know how to remove it?

I have downloaded a file that scans the computer, but it says that 32.Klez.gen@mm / W32.ElKern.gen are not detected on my computer(is this the virus i got?)

我都中過一次係一樣情況

我用第二部電腦去左norton既site download返最新既update
再用碟copy去中左virus既電腦度update返個norton.
咁用norton scan. 咁應該detect到中左既virus, 好運既話佢幫你delete埋.

如果有d佢detect到而又剷唔到既話.
可以睇返係咩virus, 上返norton既site應該有removal tool.

我中左毒之後買左norton04(之前用緊02...), 刪左舊版, 依家裝唔返
如果format既話, 點先可以keep住部機既資料?
隻cd得800mb, 無可能夠位吧...
