我知道呀，我說過這就是操控輿論嘛，很普遍的手法而已，不知為何會是最高明的。
也許偶有佳作，但平均來說有何「高明」我完全感不到，你也不舉例，那算了。另外，你一開始說的不是網絡、教育嗎？怎麼又變新聞、報紙、官員、政策方針了。
關鍵固然在真材實料有多少，不管甚麼手段都不能忽略這個，而在各手段中說真話的要求最高，所以沒甚麼人能做到。然而，難道你所謂的高明與否是看技巧的複雜程度，而不是看其效果？

我只是想說我之前指的是甚麼,並沒有再論這樣高不高明.
因為我之前是舉例,並未包括所有"我認為"跟宣傳有關的東西.
因為我見你之前說陳明事實利害不算是宣傳,所以我便認為你認為"所謂的高明與否是看技巧的複雜程度，而不是看其效果？"了.

我所說的是我周圍的傳媒跟你不一樣,不是說他們很優異....

關於中共的宣傳手法改變,我或許有些地方未說清楚.....
我之前是想說,對於煽起群眾運動來為自己政黨造勢那種宣傳手法,中共已經少用是因為這些手法對社會上有其他負面影響,而影響社會的穩定又會危害/影響到中共的執政,所以中共,作為執政黨,現在不會以這種手法來宣傳,未必是自己"退化". 這是我之前的想法,或許這並不是元直原本想指的宣傳手法....是我自己並未清楚了解元直的意思,又未表達清楚自己的意思,導致討論裏出現了一些混亂.... 另外,如果大家認為這不是"宣傳"的討論範圍,我也可以不說這個... 總之,如果我想法中有甚麼錯處的,請直接指出......我也相信我有很多想法都是錯的 本篇文章已被 阿暪 於 Dec 13 2005, 06:30 編輯過 -------------------- 暗淡了刀光劍影，遠去了鼓角錚鳴

首先,連結跟主題有甚麼關係?

No relation~ Just want to tells how "creative" 高登members are Second,I don't think China Government stop the outdated宣傳手法. The ways it used to stop the media mouth from disease(Bird Flu/SARS/AIDS....) Some more want to say in SARS: China list detail infomation on English verison on net,but the chinese verison news cannot be found. The information about disater/accident/black box....also Mark opposite opponent as evil/erase Agood example is they block the links about 64(A topic here about MR C also blocked,please don't write his name here) Lots of "great sentences " can be seen in toilet,Station...... The works they did in 50's(or frther years)still continue But they get low efficient..... Why? It's because the Chinese in 50's was poor , want to change their life,replace the "black 5"....in this condition,they put their attention on the government So the revolution successed Sometimes I will say the farmers have the same duty with the government in revolution In recent,the citizen coming rich and educated and captured the wealth and manage of China,they care their right rather than everything,so ,they do not ask how the government does,similar to the HK civillian in 90'S If HK have solve its finace problem(impossible ...),will the HK ppl doing such stupid things??? I really disguest the guys never notice public policy in normal time,taking serious action when they think they get "insulted"....as the guys in news They hate the ML government by their little knowledge on "self right",and the words from fox..... In opposite ,they make a little group of people love their country blindly.... In this centry,those ideas are outdated... What we can do is keeping our position by cooperation with China government (And know how much bet we have) -------------------- DoroDoroDoro....

oh i see.
For the 宣傳手法 that they stoped to use, i am refering to the ways of making people coming out of the street and shooting slogans, like in the times they are in revolution , or in the times of Mao, they stop so because it become unfavourable to their power, as the communist have already ruled China for some decades, their power would probably continue as long as the society is "stable". It would be more favourable for the communist to stop such way of "宣傳"(if you would refer those ways as "宣傳") For the ways of covering some news, i also believe that it is also happening in Mainland. Although it may really better than leting the news flowing all around and causing 人心惶惶, there are some advantages and disadvantages of these ways, i am not able to tell which way would be better.But we can see that it seems to be the 趨勢 to let the public to know more about what is happening is better, when a society is heading to a "developed" society. And it seems that Mainland is opening it up is some areas, which has smaller effect to their power. Also, i believe that as the society is moving ahead, the policies of the communist would finally have to suit the society, the history is not only determined by individuals, the rulers are actually making policies following the state of the society..... I don't think my english is better than you....
I can't type in Chinese.......you don't need to type in english reply.(this is a chinese forum.....) The宣傳手法you mentioned (something like making people coming out of the street)usually hold by the loser. I mean those suggestion can not access in original way,get no advantage/disadvantage from the old policy. We seldom see people walk out the street to support the government in single.Usually,groups anti government/groups anti government & group anti government exists So,there is not much reason for China to do such things. Times of Mao...... In my memory,Mr Mao fail in farming policy or what......he use the revolution to take back the control of China.(English is Bomb the Captain ??) Anyway....煽起群眾運動is not only making citizen go out the street and shout. It maybe something like encourage ppl to do specific things(but u don't need to do yourself sometimes)  -------------------- DoroDoroDoro....

Um....electing is quite different from normal 群眾運動 Firstly,all the guys on the street are "freeman",they stand there for their future ..... Second,the weak side and strong side both為自己造勢. Give other example In some cases,citizens may held 群眾運動themselves to support their country(Anti-little japan,WTO these months....) Who did they cry to??? The foreign country(in strong side) So,I said 群眾運動usually a way for losers to ask for their right(The loser here is those stand in poor situtation,not to insult anyone,don't put me on the table OTZ) As a baby cry for milk. Will the parents cry to their child? -------------------- DoroDoroDoro....
