strain在生物學/微生物學中的解釋是甚麼?
中或英都可以...最好比較詳細一點...
小弟知道的就只有...A strain is a genetic variant or subtype of a virus or bacterium, or an inbred line of a higher organism. For example, a "flu strain" is a certain biological form of the influenza or "flu" virus.

另外因為沒發現有問功課的版...所以就放在清談區...如果有專門的版的話麻煩版主幫忙轉過去...謝謝...

微生物學中strain指細菌菌株或病毒毒株。要知道即使屬於同一種(specie)的細菌或病毒也可以變異出不同的局部基因構成因而具備不同的特性，而"株"即是在同一種(specie)再往下，更加細的一種分類形容詞。有些病毒(比如H5N1)便可以分為HPAI高致病性和LPAI低致病性兩種strain。

記憶所及，或許有錯。你找找關於virus taxonomy的資料，也許能找到有關用法的詳細定義。當然，也有可能這個詞語並無嚴格規定的用法，只是用來分辨有不同基因特性的細菌/病毒的一種籠統說法。

請問一下"株"是不是指strain?...不是的話英文是甚麼~?
大概的意思都差不多...看來4分的題目用這個回答應該沒甚麼大問題的...
查了一下taxonomy的解釋...都只是解釋分析構造的手法...

菌株、毒株的英文即是strain。

我知道的strain,只是 extension/length ,生物學/微生物學中的解釋我就不知道了...
