看完這些圖嘛, 我就想到三樣東東:
第一, 人類的想像力(可以說成是代表了思想)可以遠比現實先進。看圖中的那些飛行道具、飛行交通、通過機器直接把智識灌輸入腦等等, 都是現實做不到的。
第二, 人類的想像力可以跟現實同步。看圖中的水底觀光船、類似直升機的飛行道具、電動roll(雖然roll還未有電動, 但相同概念滑板車幾年前就有)等等, 都跟現實相同。
第三, 人類的想像力可以遠比現實落後。看那些飛行道具的外形, 那個飛船(還真的給我來個飛行器加船......)、看那些椅子、看人們的衣著等等, 都跟現實差很遠。尤其是那個"大喇叭", 還真像gundam裡聯邦軍的大艦巨炮主義呢........

簡單來說, 人是自相矛盾的動物, 因為人的思想本來就是自相矛盾的(廢話)~~~

不過, 有一點沒變, 真的一點也沒變, 就是跟朋友一起聚會時, 不需要甚麼高科技、高享受, 只需要有個好環境, 一杯飲品, 幾個朋友吹吹水, 就可以了。

1999年應該會有一顆巨大隕石墜落在南太平洋,原來是一艘外星人的太空要塞,然後十年之後開始第一次星間大戦

同時又有另一顆墜落在日本, 結果全世多了很多worm, 少了很多人

那個是用來控制天氣的。

果然......我想像不到, 所以人的想像力還是.....

其實我比較感興趣的是他們的想像和現在科技的差距

想像一下歷史上的如果
如果坦克沒有出現
如果大炮巨艦主義依然主宰軍事世界
如果簡約主義等現代風格沒有出現

圖中的事物會否成為事實?

話說回來這個

傳說中的knightmare frame?

那就要改變關於科技的一些設定啦(比如說炮的發展遠遠領先裝甲---沒有坦克，激光技術大大超前使導彈無用---大炮巨艦)，要不然該出現的始終會出現。

下面為自己對上面的圖的解釋，加上與現實的2000年作對比，應該會有很多錯誤，請指點


Fire-fighting in the sky
(2000 in reality: Helicopter for fire-fighting and life saving)

Automated barber
(2000 in reality: manual barber, however, with some new electric appliances for hair styling such as curling and straightening)

Trains with the main body away from the ground
(2000 in reality: Magnetic Trains, and overhead-track trains)

Planes that can overcome storm? / Planes that can take off and land on water?
(2000 in reality: some planes can land on water with suitable equipments)

Roller skating becomes common. And the skates are powered by electricity/fuel.
(2000 in reality: Roller skating is common in the society, however, the skates are still powered by manpower.)

Air taxi?
(2000 in reality: Planes are yet expensive and cannot be used widely within a city, car is still the dominant type of transportation in a city. However, large flights(airbus) are common for international travelling and inter-city travelling.)

Helicopter for weather inspection and scouting?
(2000 in reality: Helicopters are used widely by the military and the civilians for different purposes)

Highly mobilized individual mobile weapon with considerable armour?
(2000 in reality: Individually used motorcycle provides high mobility to soldiers, however, armour of the car is not the same as the photograph.)

Automated make-up
(2000 in reality: no automated make-up table is produced)

Maids in every family?
(2000 in reality: maids become common in rich families)

Sound recording machines and disc players becomes common?
(2000 in reality: Hi-Fi set becomes common in a family, CD players are widely distributed, and the development of computers pushes digitalized music to its limit)

War changes. Mobile and armoured vehicles become the new way of war.
(2000 in reality: Air-force becomes the dominant of modern warfare. However, for ground combat, tanks are widely used and is one of the majority vehicles in the army.)

Books automatically transferred to sound and being used widely in education./ Brainwashing education.
(2000 in reality: Word interpreters are developed to transfer words to sound. However, teachers are still the medium of teaching.)

Zeppelin widely used in massive air transport.
(2000 in reality: Zeppelin was obsolete in 1937 after the Hinderburg fire. In 2000, large aeroplanes such as Boeing and Airbus are being used commonly for massive air transport.)

Planes substitute cars as the way of transport of the public.
(2000 in reality: Cars are still the most common vehicles used by public as a transport as planes are expensive and requires a large airfield to take off and land.)

Walk on water.
(2000 in reality: People cannot float on water alone and walk on it.)

According to 徐元直's idea, it is used to control weather.
(2000 in reality: Humans cannot control weather. On the other hand, the prediction of weather is being more and more precise.)

Seeing images underwater on the surface.
(2000 in reality: Vessels with glass at the bottoms are available for this kind of sightseeing)

Security cameras and auto defence systems.
(2000 in reality: Security cameras are used widely in residential areas, stores and buildings. Automatic alarms may be issued with these cameras, although they are meant to be non-lethal, automatic turrets are developed for military.)

以往的人果然想象力豐富，比如在水上走，直接入腦教育等。
當然，受當時科技所限，人們對火箭，噴射機，潛艇，坦克的概念都很模糊。所以大家可以見到的飛機都是螺旋槳，未有大型飛機的概念，大型空運是靠飛船。而坦克亦不是全方位防護。
而且現在大家都可能會被現有科技所限，想不出其他與別不同的設計。亦難有其他突破。
當然有些念頭是現階段都未做得到的，這個人類要在科技上有更大突破才會做到的。

有很多科技都不是必然的.....只要有數個發明家的靈光剛剛閃歪了，甚麼光纖火箭飛機可能很久都不會出現。

我想那幅圖不是關於傭人, 是火爐變成了燈吧?

這個比較難猜了，據說在爐子裡那個東西是鐳。那時候人們大概對放射性的危險不是太理解，呵呵。

查了查資料，好像是藍色。

不過像圖中那麼亮的話，恐怕是直接拿來燒了。

所以才說未來是難以估計的,現實不如想像.

其實,當大家都到了以後的日子,回想自己以前想像的未來,會否有點感覺?

那即是說那時候的人還有點大世界意識? 還是跟以前一樣只想方面搶中國利益? 不得而知, 只知道當時的人的確有部分希望交通更加發達及方便了......偏偏現在巴黎跟北京的外交因為奧運關係而搞得相當僵硬, 似乎他們的設想很大機會是不可能實現了......
