Swordsman Fan Kunyang was an escort who left his wife ten years ago. His
sister-in-law Murong Xue hated him so that she always wanted to kill him.
One day, the Gang of Skull tried to kill Fan but failed. The gang leader Situ Gang decided to ask Murong to kill Fan on their behalf. Fan did not want to fight with Murong and had been trying hard to avoid seeing her. One day he was injured by Murong's dagger and sent to his wife for treatment. Murong was blamed of attacking Fan and she joined the Gang of Skull after quarrelling with her sister. |

he saw his wife on the bed with a masked man. Then he left home with
anger and embarrassment. His strong emotions against his wife's disloyalty
had not waned. Then his wife told him that it was Situ who assaulted
her. She dared not tell Fan fearing that he could not defeat Situ. Fan
then rushed to the Gang of Skull for revenge. His wife followed to manifest
the criminal deeds of Situ. Until then did Murong know she had misunderstood
her brother-in-law and helped Fan to escape. Unfortunately Murong and her
sister were killed in the fight. Fan was injured but managed to escape.
A few years later Fan killed Situ in revenge of his wife and Murong's death.
