Public relations manager at the Queen's Hotel Zhang Weiming was a stubborn
and old-fashioned man who forbade his wife Rui Juan to work. Rui loved her
husband so much that she chose to remain silent.
One day, a new recruit Wu Lingda came to work in Zhang's department. She looked exactly the same as Rui. The deputy manager Ma Wudi rushed to tell Zhang and Zhang was surprised. He called Rui at home and gave a sigh of relief when he heard Rui's voice.

She was soon promoted to become Zhang's senior.
Wu was actually Rui, who believed she should not leave her talents abandoned. She made a number of conversation tapes in advance and asked her neighbour Lily to answer the phone for her. As days passed by, Zhang was attracted to Wu's smart personality and thought Rui was outdated as a housewife. Ma had been secretly in love with Rui for years but she was married. Now that Wu resembled Rui and Ma wasted no time to propose on his knees. Surprisingly Zhang became envious of Ma and beat him up. Rui sensed that her husband had changed his heart and dated with him as Wu. Zhang knew nothing but expressed his deep passions for Wu. Rui then invited Zhang to a boat trip with her and left him unattended in the middle of the sea. Zhang had a bad flu since then and was taking rest at home. Soon he discovered the secret of Rui and forced her to resign. Rui was irritated and left without uttering a word. The unbearable loneliness made Zhang to apologise to Rui for his stubbornness.
